Refunds & Returns Policy

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds on goods. Products may be affected by heat, handling, or a broken seal, which can compromise their safety and quality. For this reason, all sales are final once the product has been collected.

We do not offer shipping. All products are collected in-store.

Customers are required to inspect their products at the time of pickup. Once the product has been accepted and leaves the store, it is considered delivered and cannot be returned or refunded.

Subject to these terms, refunds may be offered on services only, not on the purchase of goods.

Inspection at Pickup

  • Please check your item carefully before leaving the store
  • Any issues must be raised immediately at the time of collection
  • We cannot accept claims once the product has left the premises

Non-Refundable Items

  • All goods sold in-store
  • Items that have been opened, exposed to heat, damaged, or had their seal broken
  • Made-to-order or personalised items (unless defective and identified at pickup)
